The Law Offices of Hayman & Kirshenbaum was formed on October 1, 1980 and has been providing legal services continuously since that date in the greater Chicago land area. The firm was formed by Bruce M. Hayman and Sam J. Kirshenbaum for the express purpose of representing seriously injured clients and to ensure that they are fairly compensated by the insurance companies. They have represented over 20,000 clients, have litigated over 2500 cases and have settled or obtained judgments in excess of $70,000,000. They have handled a wide variety of injury cases including automobile accidents, bus accidents, train accidents, airplane accidents, fall down cases, medical malpractice cases, nursing home negligence cases and wrongful death cases. In 1994 David J. Heyer became "of counsel" to the firm. David specializes in the trial of major injury cases often involving multiple defendants and difficult liability.
